Frank Ocean’s monotone love song to…yikes…Forrest Gump is afforded 3:48 while Chick Corea and company combine Take 5 and Blue Rondo a la Turk in 1:10 for “a fitting tribute” to Dave Brubeck. Really??!!!! But then, the Gammys might be saluting Mr. Ocean’s music 50 years from now, too. That should be a treat.
